Step 1: Initial Meeting

All our projects begin with a meeting between you and our landscape designer or architect. During this initial meeting, we ask questions and go over your wish list. We also identify any specific landscape challenges, and we answer any questions about our design and build process.

Step 2: Design and Budget

This step allows Greenwood International to create a plan and agree on a budget with you. Your landscape designer or architect measures the property and creates drawings showing the elements of your landscape. They also help you set a realistic budget based on your design goals and the scope of the project.

Step 3: Planning

The planning stage is critically important, because many questions will arise as we work on the details. We provide detailed and accurate information about the cost of the construction and materials. As we gather more information about the costs, planning adjustments often required.

Step 4: Construction

We build the outdoor living space according to the agreed-on plan during this step. This stage can be short or long. While many projects can be completed in just a few days, others take several months.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

Upon completion, you and our staff tour the project to discuss proper care and maintenance of the outdoor living space.
